This Is A Gluten Free Version Of A Dried Fruitcake... If I Can't Find The Recipe That I Lost Maybe I Can Use These Versions To Recreate As Closely As I Remember The Recipe... I Liked The Fact That The Recipe Had Tons Of Dried Fruits And 4 Kinds Of Nuts..
