Ingredients
- 1/2 lb sweet Italian sausage
- 1/2 lb hot italian sausage
- 8 dried lasagna noodles
- 15 oz can tomato sauce
- 15 oz can diced tomatoes (I used the Progresso italian seasoning one)
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup chopped green sweet pepper
- 10 oz. package of frozen chopped broccoli (fresh is better if you have the time)
- 1/2 cup chopped red sweet pepper
- 1/2 tspn dried basil crushed
- 1/2 tspn dried oregano, crushed
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 (+++) clove garlic, minced
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 cups fat-free (or not) ricotta cheese
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded part skim (again...or not) mozzarella cheese
- 1/8 tspn salt
- 1/4 tspn pepper

This Was A Veggie Lasagna Recipe I Found... But I Had Some Sweet And Hot Italian Sausages On Hand.... And As They Say... Oh Well!!
