- 1 tablespoon (or so) of cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon concentrated chicken stock
- 1 teaspoon country Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup light sour cream
- 4 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
- 1 teaspoon dried dill
- worcestershire sauce (or soy sauce), to taste
- 1 package fresh, whole wheat fettuccine
