Northwestern Salmon Quiche Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese, divided
  • 1/4 cup chopped hazelnuts (walnuts, almonds, or pecans)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 6 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh chives
  • 1/4 teaspoon Colgin's Smoke flavoring
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 1/2 to 2 cups cooked salmon, (ok to used canned) flaked and all skin and bones removed
  • sour cream & fresh dill for garnish
