Fruit Cocktail Cake Recipe

Ingredients

  • Cake:
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 #2 can fruit cocktail
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. soda
  • 2 eggs
  • First Topping:
  • 1/4 c. brown sugar
  • 1/2 c. coconut
  • Second Topping:
  • 1/2 c. chopped pecans
  • 1/2 c. coconut
  • Boiled Topping:
  • 1/2 c. evaporated milk
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1 stick butter or margarine
  • Boil together for 10 minutes.
