- 1/4 tsp ground allspice
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 Tbs of black peppercorns
- 1 Granny smith apple cut in small wedges
- 1 stick of celery cut in small slices.
- 1 tsp roated sesame seeds for garnish
