  • TOPPING.
  • I TBSP OF olive oil
  • 2 cloves OF garlic MINCED
  • 4 TO 8 TBSP OF FLAVORED Italian bread CRUMBS
  • 2 TBSP OF roastED red pepper
  • 2 TBSP OF fresh parsley CHOPPED
  • 2 TBSP OF FINELY CHOPPED pancetta
  • dry white wine
  • FRESH lemon wedges
