Ingredients
- beef Pot Pie
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1- 1/2# beef chuck, boneless and cut into 1/2-inch pieces
- 1/3 cup onion, chopped
- 1/3 cup celery, chopped
- 3 Tbsp bacon grease (can use butter as substitute)
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1/2 cup beer or red wine (can use 1/2 cup beef broth as substitute)
- 2 bay leaves
- 1/2 tsp hot sauce
- 1 tsp worcestershire sauce
- 1- 1/2 vegetables, cooked (corn, peas, green beans, carrots, potatoes, etc.)
- 1/4 cup baby limas (optional)
Description
