Ingredients
- 1 1/2 litre of coconut milk
- 5 stem of fragrant grass, take only the white part, then bruise it
- 3 saffron leaf
- 8 small aromatic lemon leaf
- 2 inch ginger root, bruise it
- 1 1/2 chicken, divide it into 6 pieces, peel it skin
- 1 tbl spoon of vinegar

- 175 gr red chilli
- 20 pieces of shallots
- 10 clovesof garlic
- 3 inch of ginger
- 3 inch of saffron
- 50 gr nutmeg
- 3 tea spoon of salt
- 1/2 tbl spoon sugar
