  • 2 tablespoons sweet paprika
  • 3 cups chicken stock or water
  • 2 pounds boneless venison shoulder roast, cut into 1 inch cubes
  • 1 & 1/2 teaspoons caraway seeds
  • 1/4 cup tomato puree
  • salt
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 tablespoon finely minced garlic
