- 1/8 cup vinegar
- 3 pieces Finger chili ( chopped )
- 1 whole head of garlic ( crushed )
- 1 onion ( chopped )
- 1 medium sized eggplant ( Cut into thin strips diagonally )
- 1 bunch of fresh spinach
- 1 cup coconut cream
- salt or fish sauce
- ground black pepper
