Ingredients
- For the steak rub:
- 1 1/2 lbs. good quality steak
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
- For the green chile pesto:
- 2 poblano chile peppers, seeded and chopped
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp. pine nuts (can sub with walnuts)
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/3 cup olive oil
Description
