- 3 cups cold fresh orange juice(doesn't have to be freshly squeezed, but don't use frozen or from concentrate, use the good stuff! :) Simply Orange or Tropicana or Nature's Best are my favorites)
- 3 cups cold ginger ale(all natural, if possible, or, you could sub diet here, no problem)
- 1pt quality vanilla ice cream
- grenadine syrup
