- 4 tbsp heavy cream

- SAUCE:
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 1 small red pepper, cored, seeded and chopped
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1 (5 oz) can chopped tomatoes
- 1/2 cup dry white wine
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
- 1 (2 oz) can anchovies, drained and chopped....I LEAVE THESE OUT
- salt and pepper
- TOPPING:
- 1 1/4 cup plain yogurt
- 3 eggs
- pinch of nutmeg
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
