- 1 onion thinly sliced
- fresh sliced mushrooms (1 or 2 pkgs, your choice)
- 1/2 bag of baby carrots
- scallions (3-4)
- 1-1/2 cup jasmine rice (raw)
- 2 large zucchini cut down long length and sliced 1/4" slices
