Ingredients
- 1/2 lb of top sirloin or flank steak
- 3 tsp oil.
- 1 red pepper
- 1 small onion
- 1 cup chopped mushrooms.
- 2 Crusty kaiser rolls
- 4 slices of smoked Gouda
- 1 shallot
- 1/4 cup of chicken or beef broth, or red wine
- 3 tbsps of Miracle Whip
- 1 tsp of lemon juice
- 1 tbsp of fresh chopped oregano
- 3/4 lb of sweet potato - washed and peeled. Cut into slices.
- 1/4 tsp of cayenne
- salt and pepper
Description
This Steak Sandwich Was Our Healthier Take On The Philly Cheese Steak. We Served It With A Side Of Roasted Sweet Potatoes To Round Out The Meal.
