- 1 cup half and half
- 1 tea spoon salt or a little less (little)
- 1/2 tea spoon pepper
- 1/4 tea cayenne pepper
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 small onion chopped
- 1 tea spoon olive oil
- 1 small sweet poatoe
- 1 pear
- 1 cup 5 itilian cheese mix
- 1/2 cup good chedder cheese (yellow)
- 1/4 lb prosciutto or panchetta (baccon if nessary)
