Cellophane Noodle Salad With Roast Pork Recipe

Ingredients

  • For the Pork:
  • 1 lb pork tenderloin
  • 1/4 cup hoisin sauce
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup chinese rice wine or sake
  • 1 Tbsp fresh ginger, peeled and finely chopped
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • For the salad:
  • 8 oz thin bean-thread (cellophane/glass/mung bean) noodles
  • 3/4 lb Chinese long or green beans, trimmed & cut into 3" pieces
