Ingredients
- For the Pork:
- 1 lb pork tenderloin
- 1/4 cup hoisin sauce
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup chinese rice wine or sake
- 1 Tbsp fresh ginger, peeled and finely chopped
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- For the salad:
- 8 oz thin bean-thread (cellophane/glass/mung bean) noodles
- 3/4 lb Chinese long or green beans, trimmed & cut into 3" pieces
