- 1/2 head of cabbage (perhaps 6 cups chopped)
- 1 medium red bell pepper, chopped
- 1 medium yellow bell pepper, chopped
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon of dried dill weed
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (or one clove garlic, minced or pressed)
- 1 teaspoon caraway seeds
- 1 package of Splenda
- 1/8 cup of white wine or chicken stock
- salt and pepper
