Ingredients
- 1 lb pork loin, coursely chopped
- 2 lb ground chuck
- 8 oz bacon, cut in 3/8 in pieces
- 2 med onions, chopped
- 1 1/2 tbl garlic, minced
- 1 cup green pepper, chopped
- 1 cup celery, chopped
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
- 6 tbl vegetable oil
- 1-14 oz can tomato sauce
- 1-28 oz can whole tomatoes, chopped
- 6 oz can tomato paste
- 1-14 oz can pinto or kidney beans
- 1-14 oz can Bush's Country-Style baked beans
- 1-7 oz can green chilis, diced
- 3 tbl chili powder
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 1/2 tbl sugar
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tbl cider vinegar
- 1 tbl liquid hickory smoke
- 1 tbl ham base
- 2 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp black pepper
- cayenne pepper to taste (heat preference)
