Randys Robust Chili Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 lb pork loin, coursely chopped
  • 2 lb ground chuck
  • 8 oz bacon, cut in 3/8 in pieces
  • 2 med onions, chopped
  • 1 1/2 tbl garlic, minced
  • 1 cup green pepper, chopped
  • 1 cup celery, chopped
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 6 tbl vegetable oil
  • 1-14 oz can tomato sauce
  • 1-28 oz can whole tomatoes, chopped
  • 6 oz can tomato paste
  • 1-14 oz can pinto or kidney beans
  • 1-14 oz can Bush's Country-Style baked beans
  • 1-7 oz can green chilis, diced
  • 3 tbl chili powder
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 1/2 tbl sugar
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 tbl cider vinegar
  • 1 tbl liquid hickory smoke
  • 1 tbl ham base
  • 2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • cayenne pepper to taste (heat preference)

Description

This Is A Chili Recipe I Created After Reviewing Dozens Of Other Recipes. I Have Not Found A Person Who Does Not Rave About It After Their First Bite.
