Ingredients
- 500 gms of shrimps
- 1 1/2 cups of long grain ( soaked for 30 min )
- 1 bunch of spring onion ( roughly chopped)
- 1 medium size tomatoe finely chopped
- whole Spices:
- 3 cloves
- 1 inch stick of cinnamon
- 1 -2 bay leaves
- 3-4 whole black pepper
- 2 tsp of cummin seeds
- 1 anise star
- 1 black cardamon
- 2- 3 green cardamon
- Dry powder / wet spices
- 1tsp of tumeric
- 2 tbsp of red chilly powder or as per ur taste
- 1 tsp of garam masala
- 1 tbsp of garlic paste
- 1 inch ginger thinly sliced
- 1 green chilly ( silted into half donot cut compeltly)
- 3 tbsp of cooking oil
- salt to taste
- 1 lemon juice freshly squeezed
- Last but not the least
- some mint or parsley or cilantor leaves
- 1 or 2 spring onion from the same bunch roughly diced including the green stem soaked in 1 tbsp of vinegar n 1 tsp salt
