Shrimp Pulav ( Shirmp Rice ) Recipe

Ingredients

  • 500 gms of shrimps
  • 1 1/2 cups of long grain ( soaked for 30 min )
  • 1 bunch of spring onion ( roughly chopped)
  • 1 medium size tomatoe finely chopped
  • whole Spices:
  • 3 cloves
  • 1 inch stick of cinnamon
  • 1 -2 bay leaves
  • 3-4 whole black pepper
  • 2 tsp of cummin seeds
  • 1 anise star
  • 1 black cardamon
  • 2- 3 green cardamon
  • Dry powder / wet spices
  • 1tsp of tumeric
  • 2 tbsp of red chilly powder or as per ur taste
  • 1 tsp of garam masala
  • 1 tbsp of garlic paste
  • 1 inch ginger thinly sliced
  • 1 green chilly ( silted into half donot cut compeltly)
  • 3 tbsp of cooking oil
  • salt to taste
  • 1 lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • Last but not the least
  • some mint or parsley or cilantor leaves
  • 1 or 2 spring onion from the same bunch roughly diced including the green stem soaked in 1 tbsp of vinegar n 1 tsp salt
