  • 3 tablespoons garlic, minced
  • 2 cups roma tomatoes, diced
  • 1/4 cup red wine
  • 4 tablespoons basil, chiffonade
  • 1/4 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper
