- 2 tbsp of oyster sauce
- 3/4 lb. Chinese broccoli cut stalk in half long sliced
- 1 carrot thinly sliced
- 3 garlic cloves - peeled and minced
- 1/2 lbs. peeled, devined and leave tail
- 3 tbsp. peanut oil
- *staw mushroom can be add if desire
- cooing oil for deep fry
