- 4 loin pork chops, about 3/4-inch thick
- salt and white pepper
- 1 Tbsp. each butter or margarine and salad oil
- 1 shallot, finely chopped (or 1/4 cup finely chopped onion)
- 3/4 cup chicken broth
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. dijon-style mustard
- 2 tsp. dried dill weed
- 1/2 cup whipping cream
- lemon wedges for garnish

This Recipe Has Two Of My Favorites Pork Chops And Dill. I Got It From "My Great Recipes" Years Ago And The Family Really Likes It. If You Don't Like Dill You Can Substitute Your Favorite Dried Herb.
