Ingredients
- 4 tsp olive oil
- 1 pound red onions - cut into wedges, keeping root area intact
- 2 tsp light brown soft sugar
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 10 oz mixed salad leaves, washed and dried
- 7 oz gorgonzola cheese, crumbled
- For the dressing:
- 2 tsp honey
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 6 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
