Ingredients
- 1 Small batch of udon noodles.(About 20-40 noodles.)
- Small sauce pan of water to boil
- 2 Cap Fulls of EVOO (extra virgin olive oil)
- 1 Small Thinly Sliced yellow bell pepper(You can use any color.)
- 5 cabbage leaves Sliced into thin slices.(Any color will do.)
- 1 Medium carrot Shredded with a cheese shredder or potato peeler
- Sauce
- 3 Cap Fulls of teriyaki sauce
- 1 1/2 Tablespoons Dijon or regular mustard
- 10 Drops of lemon juice
- 2 Teaspoons of light brown sugar
- 1 1/2 Teaspoons of honey.(Light colored honey.)
- 1 Teaspoon corn Starch (Or flour.)
Description
I Called It Spring Udon Noodles Because The Cabbage Carrot And Yellow Pepper Along With The Mustard Coating For It Was Very Colorful And Bright In Its Own Way. It Also Has A Sweet Yet Tangy Taste To It. Also This Is A One Person Meal For Lunch Or Dinner.
