- La Costena salsa verde to taste
- Ranchero sauce:
- 6 roma tomatoes
- 2 Serrano chiles trimmed, and sliced
- 1 small white onion quartered
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 cup of water
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- salt to taste
