  • 1 cup corn or canola oil
  • ¼ cup chopped cilantro
  • La Costena salsa verde to taste
  • Ranchero sauce:
  • 6 roma tomatoes
  • 2 Serrano chiles trimmed, and sliced
  • 1 small white onion quartered
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 cup of water
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • salt to taste
