  • 1 yellow onion stuck with 2 whole cloves
  • 1/4 cup celery leaves
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
  • 1 cup Chardonnay wine
  • 1/4 cup cornstarch stirred into 1/4 cup water

  • 4 lemons halved
