Ingredients
- olive oil
- 2 T butter
- 2 onions, thinly sliced
- 1 red pepper, thinly sliced
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
- 1 package dry fajita seasoning OR 2 t chili powder, 1 t cumin, dash cayenne pepper, seasoned salt, garlic pepper
- 1 6-oz jar marinated artichokes, crained and chopped
- 1 small can green chiles, drained
- 1 8oz pacakge cream cheese, softened
- 8-inch flour tortillas
- 1 c grated mozzerella
- 4 c grated Mexican white cheese
- 1 1/2 c chopped roma tomatoes
- ***Some times I wilt some spinach, and add fresh mushrooms to the onions and peppers***

These Burritos Are Just Bursting Wih Flavor, Easy, And Different From The Norm. We Love Them. The Base Recipes Is From One Of My Cookbooks, But I Have Modified It Quite A Bit Over The Years.
