- 1 chicken breast
- tbsp fresh basil, chopped
- approximately 5 or 6 leaves of fresh baby spinach
- 2 small roma tomatoes
- 1/2 slice provolone cheese
- 1/2 slice Smoked Gouda
- quarter of red onion, chopped
- tbsp or two of Mayo
- tsp sour cream
- tsp Pesto
- 1 clove Garlic, mashed
- 2 slices of San Francisco Style sourdough bread
- salt and pepper to taste

My Son And I Love The Chicken Pomodori Panini Sandwich From Corner Bakery, But It's Quite Pricey. I Had Some Leftover Chicken Breast From Dinner The Night Before So I Decided To Give This A Go, It Came Out Almost Exact, In Fact I Liked It Better!! :)
