- 1 lb. ground chicken (or ground turkey)
- 1 14 oz. can chicken broth
- 1 15 oz. can garbanzo beans (or other white bean, such as Navy or cannellini), drained and rinsed
- 1 4 oz. can chopped green chiles
- 1 4 oz. can mushroom pieces, drained (optional)
- 1 package Williams chicken chili Seasoning Mix
- 1 onion, roughly chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, chopped
- 2 large carrots, thinly sliced
- 2 stalks celery, chopped
- 1 bell pepper, chopped, green or any color (optional but nice)
- few shakes Mrs. Dash garlic & Herb Seasoning (optional) - don't worry if you don't have this on hand.
