  • 6 cloves garlic
  • handful fresh coriander
  • 1/2tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1 440g tin diced tomatoes
  • 250ml stock (chicken or vegetable)
  • 2 anchovy fillets
  • olive oil
  • 25g butter
  • salt and pepper to taste
