- 1 large onion, thinly sliced

- 2 small zucchini, cut in half and thinly sliced
- 2 small yellow squash, cut in half and thinly sliced

- Tabasco .

- roasted lemon Asparagus:
- 2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp finely grated lemon zest
- 12 asparagus spears, peeled and trimmed
- salt and pepper
