- 3.5 oz. shiitake mushrooms, stems removed & sliced thin
- 2 garlic cloves, minced or grated
- crushed red pepper flakes to taste
- salt & pepper to taste
- 3 tbsp lime juice, freshly squeezed if possible
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 scallions, green & white parts sliced thin
