- One large head of fresh broccoli, chopped fine
- One large onion, diced fine
- 2/3 cup of dried cranberries
- 2/3 cup of bacon bits
- 1 1/2 cups of shredded reduced fat sharp cheddar cheese
- Dressing:
- 1 1/2 cups of Hellmann's light mayonnaise (I find this one has a better taste for low fat)
- 2 to 3 tbls of white vinegar
- 1/2 cup of honey (test to taste)
- salt and white pepper to taste
