- 8-9 oz. Sopressata dry sausage, diced.
- 2 medium leeks, rinsed well and diced. White and pale green parts only.
- 10 oz. dry penne pasta.
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed and diced.
- 3 large eggs, room temperature.
- 3/4 c. parmesan cheese.
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil.
- 1 tbsp butter or margarine.
- 1 tbsp Italian parsley.
- 1 Braeburn apple, sliced.
Description
My Personal Interpretation Of A Classic Italian Dish, It Can Be Downright Impossible To Stop Eating. Serve With Sliced Braeburn Apple (or Other Acidic And Sweet Apple) And A Glass Of Riesling.
