- 1 lb. pasta, penne preferred or corkscrew
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup grated parmesan/romano cheese
- Fresh or dried herbs- 1 tablespoon each-parsley,basil, oregano,garlic/pepper-more if desired to taste
- salt and pepper to taste
