- 1 box Duncan Hines dark chocolate fudge cake (Any other chocolate cake mix will do but I prefer this one)
- 1 1/3 cup water
- 1/2 cup veg. oil
- 3 lg. eggs
- 1 tbls. expresso powder
- 1 lg. can sliced peaches
- 1 container Cool Whip
- chocolate shavings
