- 1 red pepper cubed
- 1 pkg of Premade meatballs (beef, turkey, chicken)
- 1 (28 oz) crushed tomotoes
- 1 (14.5 oz) Fired roasted diced tomatoes
- l (8 oz) No salt tomatoe sauce
- 1 cup beef broth
- Seasonings:
- 1 tbsp italian seasoning
- salt & pepper to taste
- 1 tsp thyme
- dash red pepper flakes
- 1/4 cup oregano
- 1/4 cup basil
- 2 tbsp parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp Sun dried tomatoe paste
- 1/2 cup dried red wine
- Optional : dried tomatoe bits (1 tbsp)
