Gluten Free, Yeast Free Bread Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 cups gluten free flour mix**
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. Zanthum gum
  • 3 tablespoons of ground flax seed
  • 1 tsp cinnamon (optional)
  • 1/3 cup of cranberries or raisins (optional)
  • 1 cup plain yogourt
  • ½ cup water
  • gluten free flour mix (makes 4 cups):
  • 1 cup tapioca starch
  • 1 cup chickpea flour or quinoa flour
  • ½ cup sorghum flour or almond flour
  • ½ cup potato starch
  • 1 cup amaranth, rice flour or buckwheat flour

Description

This Is A Family Favourite, Passed Down From My Husband's Aunt. The Bread Is Very Easy To Make. It Tastes Much Better That The Rice Breads You Pay A Fortune For At The Grocery Store. It Is Also Much More Nutritious. I Tend To Play With The Flour Combin
