- 2 cups gluten free flour mix**
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. Zanthum gum
- 3 tablespoons of ground flax seed
- 1 tsp cinnamon (optional)
- 1/3 cup of cranberries or raisins (optional)
- 1 cup plain yogourt
- ½ cup water
- gluten free flour mix (makes 4 cups):
- 1 cup tapioca starch
- 1 cup chickpea flour or quinoa flour
- ½ cup sorghum flour or almond flour
- ½ cup potato starch
- 1 cup amaranth, rice flour or buckwheat flour

This Is A Family Favourite, Passed Down From My Husband's Aunt. The Bread Is Very Easy To Make. It Tastes Much Better That The Rice Breads You Pay A Fortune For At The Grocery Store. It Is Also Much More Nutritious. I Tend To Play With The Flour Combin
