Layered Chicken Salad Recipe

Ingredients

  • Salad: 7 cups torn romaine lettuce
  • 4 cups of cooked chicken -skinles/boneless breasts-cooled
  • 1 cup crumbled gorgonzola cheese
  • 1 cup pecan halves
  • 1 quart fresh strawberries quartered--about 3 cups
  • Dressing: 1/3 cup olive oil or vegetable oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespooon sugar
  • 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 clove garlic, finely crushed
