Ingredients
- Leftover cooked noodles, about 4 cups (mine where green and yellow)
- bacon (whatever you've got - i had 6 slices) or ham
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup or potato-leek soup
- grated parmesan cheese, about 1/4 cup
- 1 zucchini, chopped
- 1/2 red bell pepper, peeled and chopped (was all i had left)
- 1/2 cup milk
- chredded mozzarella, about 1 cup
- cubed cooked chicken, about 2 cups
