Ingredients
- 1 lb. dry elbow macaroni noodles
- 3-4 Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2-3 tbsp. olive or vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon minced or crushed garlic, 3-4 cloves
- 2 tsp. (or more to taste) crushed red pepper flakes
- 1-1/2 cups heavy cream
- 3 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
- The juice of 2 lemons
- 1/2 cup finely grated Parmesan, Romano or gruyere cheese (I used a combo) Straight Parmesan is too much, it's better to mix in some Mozzarella or another mild cheese.
