- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
- 1 tbls Heinz 57 sauce
- 1 tbls whole grain mustard
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1/4 cup Jack Daniel's whiskey
- 2 tbls cornstarch (dissolved in 2 tbls water)
- salt and cayenne pepper, to taste
