Ingredients

  • 1 cup applesauce
  • 3/4 cup vegan friendly sugar
  • 1 cup plain soy, almond, hemp, or rice milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon plus 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon veggie oil
  • 3 cups regular oats
  • 1/2 cup raisins or other mix-in (other dried fruit, nuts, etc) (optional)
  • 3 Tablespoons (or 2-3 tea packets) fenugreek (optional)
  • 1-3 Tablespoons milled flax seed (optional)
  • 1-2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
