- 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
- 4 teaspoons ancho chile powder
- 4 teaspoons rice vinegar
- 4 teaspoons mirin
- 2 teaspoons honey
- 1/2 teaspoon sriracha
- Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper
