- 1 cup sugar
- 2 cups hot water
- 2 1/2 cups papaya puree
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
Oven dried spiced pineapples:
- 4 cups water
- 4 cups sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla paste
- 3 cardamom seeds
- 3 cloves
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 1/2 pineapple, peeled, core removed, thinly sliced
