  • 2 pounds boneless pork butt, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 cup water
  • 3 tablespoons cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons tamari sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 fresh hot chilies, such as cayenne or Fresno, very thinly sliced
