  • 2 fresno chiles, seeded and sliced
  • 1 pound hardy greens, such as Swiss chard, collards, rapini, or beet greens, stems trimmed
  • 1/4 cup sherry vinegar
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper
  • 1/4 cup honey
