- Lemon juice, to taste
- Honey, to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and freshly ground pepper

- 6 tangerines, segmented
- Seeds from 1 pomegranate
- 1/2 small red onion, finely diced
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 teaspoon honey
